Flint North Central Neighborhood Plans

The Flint North Central planning process was unique, in that it engaged seven individual block clubs and neighborhood associations to develop the final plan. Given the overall size of the planning area, it was important for City planners to consult with the existing groups within the area and clearly understand what they've been working on and what they are striving to achieve over the next few years.
